Vegan Burger

Mix together "Ground Beef Style" and "Chicken Style" quick mixes in medium bowl. Add water and oil to mixture and stir until evenly dispersed. Let mixture set for 10 minutes. Form mixture into 7 patties of equal size by scooping the mixture onto an oiled surface with an oiled spatula. Pre-cook burgers by placing them on a lightly oiled sheet or steam pan, covering with plastic wrap, and steaming over boiling water for 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Once burgers have cooled, they can be refrigerated or cooked right away. To cook, lightly oil the patties and place on a grill or in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, or until hot. Serve on a bun with your preferred burger toppings.
